摘要
本文研究了丙烯酰胺(AM)-丙烯酸(AA)共聚物的水溶液,经Mannich反应制备两性聚丙烯酰胺的反应条件,讨论了影响胺化度的因素.实验结果表明:分子量为300万、阴离子度为20%、浓度为2.5%的共聚物,在原料配比为(AM-AA):HCHO:NH(CH_3)_2=1:1.1:1.5(摩尔比)、反应温度为50±1℃、反应2h的条件下,制得的两性聚丙烯酰胺的胺化度为42.5%,是最佳的合成条件.用氯化铵和盐酸季胺化、中和产物,可增加产物的稳定性,特性粘数和胺化度随时间(d)的增加,变化甚微.在絮凝太原钢铁公司的工业废水(pH6.2)时,分别使用两性聚丙烯酰胺和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺后的废水透过率为98.5%和97.1%;COD去除率为95.25%和81.20%.在絮凝太原选煤厂的工业废水(pH7.5)时,分别使用两性聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺后的废水透过率为98.0%和91.0%.表明两性聚丙烯酰胺的絮凝性优于阳离子和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺.通过核磁共振碳谱明确了两性聚丙烯酰胺的组成和结构.
The reaction conditions of synthetizing the amphoteric polyacrylamide in water solution through Mannich reaction with copolymer of acrylamide (AM) -acrylic acid (AA) and the factors of influencing aminating rate were discussed. Experimental results show that on the condition of compounding ratio of materials (AM-AA) : HCHO : NH(CH3)2= 1 : 1. 1 : 1. 5 (mol) , reaction temperatures being 50 ± 1 ℃ , reaction time being 2 hours, and with the copolymer of 300 million molecular and 20% degree of anion and 2.5% concentration, the amphoteric polyacrylamide of 42. 5% animation rate will be made. This is the best synthetic condition. The stability of product can be increased by using the product of aminating and neutralizing, ammonium chloride and hydrochloric acid. Characteristic toyghness and aminating rate is a little change with the increase of time (day). Flocculability of amphoteric polyacrylamide is better than of cation polyacrylamide and anionic polyacrylamide by floccular experiment of industrial contaminative water. In flocculabilitying industrial contaminative water of TAIYUAN STEEL CORPORATION pH6. 2, transparence is 98. 5% (amphoteric polyacrylamide) and 97. 1% (cation polyacrylamide), COD removal rate is 95. 25% (amphoteric polyacrylamide) and 81. 20% (cation polyacrylamide). In flocculabilitying industrial contaminative water of TAIYUAN CHOOSE COAL FACTORY pH7. 5 transparence is 98. 0% (amphoteric polyacrylamide) and 91. 0% (anionic polyacrylamide). The structure and composition of the amphoteric polyacrylamide were identified and examined by NMR-C spectrum.
