On the Borel Point of Meromorphic. Function of zero Order in the Circle

摘要 本文证明，对于单位圆内的零级亚纯函数，在其圆周上至少存在一个关于其型函数的Ｂｏｒｅｌ点． We solve a problem posed by Prof.Li Guoping which states that for the meromorphicfunction of zero order in the unit circle,there is at least one Borel point about its typefunction
