摘要
应用感染继发性包虫病的小鼠筛选了89个不同类型的化合物,其中以甲苯达唑的抗包虫效果较好,在所筛选的噻二唑类化合物,吡喹酮类化合物及苯硫脲嗪亦有一定的抗包虫效果,值得进一步研究。
Mice,each inoculated with 2000 ptotoscoleces Echinococcus granulosus for 5-6 months were used as an animal model for screening drugs. Eighty-nine compounds with different chemical formulae have been tested, and among them only mebendazole showed a better therapeutic effect on hydatid cysts. Besides, thiodiazole compounds, praziquantel analogues and phenthiourezine also exhibited some effect against hydatid cysts in mice. Further studies on thesec compounds would be helpful for developing new anti-hydatid disease drugs.
