摘要
采用PAGE法分离提纯双孢蘑菇菌丝酯酶标记位点Est A与B的同工酶蛋白est 1,2和est 3,4。SDS-PAGE蛋白质分子量测定表明,它们的分子量分别为30000,63000和30000,43000。
The isozyme proteins of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4, in esterase isozyme loci Est A and Est B, were purified and segregated from mycelia of Agaricus bisporus with polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The data of the protein molecular weight obtained by SDS-PAGE showed that the molecular weights of est 1, 2 and est 3, 4 were 30000, 63000, 30000 and 43000 respectively.
