摘要
本文报道了草菇培养料中分离得到的一株对菇类有益的细菌(暂称864菌)。研究结果表明,该菌株系革兰氏阴性杆菌,细胞大小为0.5~0.8×0.9~1.1μm,细胞外壁有荚膜,周身鞭毛;在Ashby氏无氮培养基上,菌落呈圆形,中稍突,面包状,表面光滑,边缘整齐,有闪光,粘稠;好氧、最适生长pH为7,最适生长温度为30℃;能固定空气中的氮素,供菇类菌丝利用;菌液含有多糖、蛋白质、纤维素等菇类营养;分泌物含有刺激素,能促进菌丝扭结,子实体发育,添加864菌液培养料的产量与传统发酵培养料的相比:草菇提高了20.33~42.67%;姬松茸菇提高了54.3%;蘑菇提高了40.7~83.27%;金针菇提高了14.38%。
A bacterial strain (named as 864) which is beneficial to mushroom growth has been isolated from the compost of Volvariella voluacea. The investigation results indicate that this strain is a Gram negative bacillus, its cell size is 0.5-0.8×0.9-1.1μ, with sheath and peritrichate. In Ashby N-free medium, its colony is round-shaped, projecting in center, bread shaped, smooth on surface, neat in edge, lustrous and sticky. 864 strain is aerobic, its optimum pH is 7 and optimum growing temperature is 30℃ It can fix nitrogen from atmosphere and the fixed nitrogen can be further utilized by mushroom mycelia. The bacterial growing solution contains polysaccharides, protein arid vitamincs which provide nutrition for mushroom growth. Its secretions contain hormones which can stimulate the twisting of mycelia and the development of fruit bodies to receive higher yield. Compared with traditional fermentation composts, the yields of 864 strain-added composts for Volvariella volvacea, Agaricus biazei Murvill, Agaricus bisporus and Flammulina velutipes increase 20.33-42.67, 54.3, 40.7-83.27 and 14.38% respectively.
