随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品的要求由吃饱、吃好朝营养、保健的方向发展,而果蔬食品的开发、研制则是当前食品工业发展的趋势.因果蔬营养丰富,含有人体所必需的多种维生素、微量元素、各种糖类和各种有机酸,对改善人体的营养结构,丰富人们的饮食文化,增进人体健康、防治疾病有十分重要的意义.
This article analyses the advantage and shortage of fruit - vegetable juice made by machine press and immersion extraction,and puts for ward a new productive process that conbine the extraction and extrusion, and finally makes comparison experiment by the three productive processes.
