摘要
随着人民生活水平的日益提高和日用化妆品、食品以及纺织、医疗等行业的发展,对添加的防腐性能和安全性能等要求越来越高,需求量也逐渐增大.目前,国内通常使用的如苯甲酸钠、波罗多尔、尼泊金酯、卡松酯、山梨酸等防腐剂,较普遍地存在着一定的毒性和刺激性。
The properties and technology target of derived amino acid preser vative were outlined. The derived amino acids are good materials to replace common preservative that we use now.
