杂原子Ti-SiZSM-5沸石合成与催化——Ⅰ.Ti-SiZSM-5沸石合成的影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 以己二胺为模板剂,用水热法合成了Ti-SiZSM-5(TS-1)沸石。对影响TS-1合成的各种因素(如晶化时间、碱度、凝胶硅钛比、晶化温度和晶种)进行了详细考察。研究表明TS-1沸石的晶化类似于ZSM-5。合成TS-1时,低OH^-/SiO_2比、高SiO_2/TiO_2比和中等晶化温度下进行更佳。加入晶种不仅有助于提高产品结晶度,而且也有利于Ti进入沸石骨架。 Ti-SiZSM-5 (TS-1) zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method using hexa-methylene-diamine (HDA) as template. The influence of various synthesis parameters (such as crystallization time, basicity of the reaction mixture, SiO_2/TiO_2 ratio, crystallization temperature and seed crystal)on the synthesis of TS-1 has been investigated in detail. It has been shown that the crystallization of TS-1 is similar to that of ZSM-5. Low OH^-/SiO_2 ratio, high SiO_2/TiO_2 ratio and medium crystallization temperature are preferred for the synthesis. Seed crystals added during crystallization are helpful not only to the improvement of crystallinity, but also to the incorporation of Ti in the zeolite framework.
