摘要
采用水热晶化法,利用比较廉价的正丁胺为模板剂合成出Ti-ZSM-5型分子筛,探讨了它的合成影响因素.利用XRD、SEM、IR等方法对Ti-ZSM-5分子筛的结构作了表征,结果表明钛已进入分子筛骨架.
Titanium silicalite-1 (Ti-ZSM-5) was synthesized by using the less expensive n-butylamine as the template. The influence of variables for synthesis parameters such as SiO2/TiO2, H2O/SiO2 and BuNH2/SiO2 on synthesis of Ti-ZSM-5 are discussed. The synthesizedtitanium ZSM-5 zeolites were characterized by means of XRD, SEM and IR methods. Therewere evidences that Ti was incorporated into the framework of ZSM-5 zeolite.
