摘要
本文介绍了辽阳石油化纤公司乙烯装置脱丙烷等塔使用各类阻聚剂后的结焦情况。当原料较杂及裂解深度较深时,如单独应用纯胺类或纯酚类阻聚剂,则各塔的再沸器的运行周期缩短。将胺类与酚类阻聚剂按一定比例混合使用,或选用胺、酚类及其复合型阻聚剂,则均取得较好的阻聚抗垢效果,各塔再沸器运行周期提高了两倍以上。
This paper presents the coking status of the depropanizer and other fractionators in ethylene unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical and Fiber Co. after using various polymerization inhibitors. If amine type inhibitor or phenol type inhibitor was used alone, the run lengths of the fractionator reboilers were shortened when the feedstock was complex or the cracking conversion was high. The mixture of above two type inhibitors in specified proportion and the complex form polymerization inhibitors of amines and phenols are proposed. Both the mixture form and complex form inhibitors demonstrated good inhibiting polymerization and antiscaling effects in applications. The run lengths of the reboilers have been increased more than two times.
