摘要
以1,6-己二醇、丙烯酸为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,对苯二酚和乙酸铜为复合阻聚剂,采用酯化反应合成了1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯。结果表明,在丙烯酸/1,6-己二醇(摩尔比)为2.2,催化剂质量分数(占原料总质量)为2.5%,阻聚剂质量分数(占丙烯酸用量)为0.6%,反应时间为4h,反应温度为80~110℃的条件下,产物收率可达90.66%。
1,6 - hexanediol diacrylate ( HDDA ) was prepared by esterification with 1,6 - hexanediol and acrylic acid as raw materials,p -toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst, cyclohexane as water - carrying agent, hydroquinone and copper acetate as inhibitots. The results showed that the product yield was 90.66% ,under the conditions of acrylic acid/1,6 -hexanediol (mole ratio)2. 2, the mass fraction of catalyst (based on total mass of materials) 2.5% , the mass fraction of inhibitor (based on mass of acrylic acid) 0.6% ,reaction time 4 h,reaction temperature 80 - 110 ℃.
