35MPa高压平板阀的金属刷镀修复

摘要 35MPa高压平板阀在使用中常因阀板、阀座出现拉伤、磨损、四坑、沟槽等缺陷而报废。采用金属刷镀新技术,对7只报废的阀板、阀座进行了刷镀修复试验。修复后的阀板、阀座组装成平板阀,经42MPa水压试验,稳压20分钟无泄漏压降;送井队现场使用700多小时未发现有冲刷、磨损和刺裂现象。 Gate and seats on 35MPa high-pressure non-wedging gate valves are often out of use owing to such defects as scratch, wear, pits and grooves. Seven sets of abandoned gate and seats are renovated by means of metallic brush plating. The valves assembled with the renovated gate and seats are hydraulically tested at a pressure of 42MPa for 20 minutes, without leakage and pressure drop. The renovated valves has been put to effective use for 700 more hours.
