摘要
35MPa高压平板阀是油气勘探开发中很重要且用量极大的部件。而其中的关键零件网板、阀座一旦稍有沟槽、拉伤或凹坑出现,即会造成整只平板阀报废。由于沟槽等深度大多在0.5mm以下,面积也仅占整个密封面的20%左右,故采用堆、喷焊修复,工艺既复杂、成品率低,也很不经济。为了使该类阀的修理工作得以进行,经多方面调查论证,采用获国家科技进步一等奖并被列为国家“七五”、“八五”期间推广的新技术“金属刷镀工艺”,并采用与基休结合强度高的高强度、高耐腐蚀性能的金属和合金对易损的关键密封件阀板、阀庄进行修复,从而解决了平板阀过去未能修理的问题。采用高强度金属和合金刷镀修复的阀板、阀座,组装后经40~42MPa水压试验,稳压20min无泄漏无压降,并已送并队现场使用。
The wafer valve for high pressure of 35 MPa is a very important component widely used in oil-gas exploration and development. If its key pares, such as valve plate, valve seat are with a little grooves, traces or pits,the while wafer valve is abandoned. It is difficult, low qualification rate and uneconomical to repair the wafer valve by piling,spraying and welding as the depthes of grooves, traces and pits are <0. 5 mm and the area of them is 20% of the whole seal area. Through comprehensively investigating and proving,a new technique,metal brushing and electroplating,and the alloy materials with high intensity and high abrasion resistance are used to repair the valve Plate and valve seat' The repaired wafer valve is without leaking and pressure fall after testing with hydrodynamic pressure of 40~42 MPa and pressure stabilizing of 20 min.
