摘要
在一维波动方程的基础上,建立了玻璃钢杆与钢杆混合抽油杆柱的动力学模型。这种模型考虑了两种杆柱材料性质差别、钢接箍集中质量和液体粘滞阻力对玻璃钢杆柱的动力学影响,以及抽油泵边界条件中带有未知状态转换时间参数。针对这种含待定参数的定解条件,建立了求解数学模型的解析方法。实际计算表明,理论计算值和实测结果基本吻合。
A dynamic model for fiberglass rod and steel rod combined sucker rod string is established based on the one-dimensional wave equation. The model is concerned with the property difference of the two materials,the dynamic effect of the lumped mass of the steel couplings and the fluid viscous resistance on the fiberglass rod string,and the unknown time parameter of state conversion in the boundary conditions of the subsurface pump. In the light of the solution prerequisite including undetermined parameters,an analytical method for solving the mathematical model is established. Calculations show that the calculated values accord with the measured results.
