摘要
在综合分析抽油杆柱破坏形式的基础上 ,找到了抽油杆柱产生扭转运动的原因 ,即抽油杆柱屈曲和悬绳器钢丝绳打扭。探讨了抽油杆柱扭转振动的上下端边界条件 ,在对抽油杆柱适当简化的基础上 ,利用弹性理论和单元分析法 ,建立了抽油杆柱扭转振动的动力学模型 ,并研究了该模型的求解方法。为抽油杆柱的扭转脱扣。
On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of sucker rod's failure patterns, the reason of sucker rod's torsional vibration is found out, i.e. the buckling of the rod string and the twist of wire rope of the polished rod eye. The upper and lower boundary conditions of the sucker rod's torsional vibration are worked out. Then the dynamic model for the torsional vibration of the sucker rod string is built with elastic theory and FEA method, and the solution of the model is investigated. The analytical result presented in this article provides a basis for the quantitative analysis of the failure of the sucker rod string.
