摘要
我国在60、70年代曾设计、制造过具有“十”字焊缝的球形容器，现在这些球罐大都处于超期服役状态，如何评定和处理这些球罐的“十”字焊缝，是人们所关心的问题。本文对球罐的“十”字焊缝残余应力进行分析，结合实践经验，提出了球罐“十”字焊缝安全评定及其缺陷修复的方法。
The residual stress of cruciform welding seams on spherical vessels is analysed. The methods of assessing the safty of crucifom welding seams and ways to repair the defects thereof are also proposed. This paper provides references for engineering assessment.
