介绍了G1003LPG球罐3次开罐检查的情况,分析了罐体发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)的主要原因,阐述了缺陷修复情况及应注意的问题,并提出了防止硫化物应力腐蚀开裂的措施。
This article presents the situation of three times examination of G1003LPG sphere tank recent years;analyzes the main reasons for stress corrosion cracking and describes the surface defects of these spheres on the rise,for this reason,more attention should be paid to selecting suitable materials,and the countermeasure for protecting sphere tank from stress corrosion cracking by sulfide is put forward.
