摘要
不锈复合钢板的焊接工艺较为复杂，与单一钢板的焊接不同，存在着碳钢基层与不锈钢复层的互熔问题，因此，过渡层焊缝焊接材料的选择及焊接是关键。本文从不锈复合钢板的焊接材料、焊接方法、焊接顺序、坡口型式等方面详细介绍了这种特殊钢材的焊接技术。
The welding procedure of stainless composite steel plates is quite complex.The problem is that the base layer of carbon steel and the composite layer of stainless steei is interfusable,therefore the selection of welding material for transitional layer and the welulng thereof are regarded as important factors.This paper introduces the welding technology of this typical steel from its welding materials,methods,processes and the type of groove thereof.
