摘要
本文分析了陕西省土地资源的优势和劣势，研究了土地资源开发利用中存在的问题，探索不断提高土地生产力的途径，并结合国内外保护土地资源的经验，提出因地制宜挖掘土地生产潜力的措施。
Abstract Acco rding to the basic principle of land resources，resources economics，agricultural ecology and man-agement，this paper discussed the superiority or inferiority of land resources in Shanxi prouince。It is not only stu-died some problems which appeared on utilization and development of land resourcs but also tried to find out anew way of improving land productivity．The measures of developing land productive potential in accordance withlocal condition is found based on the external and domestic expericnce ofprotecting land resources。Kcy words Land rcsources Crisis trend The law of decreaseprogressiveControl function
