摘要
以氯仿为溶剂,在波长269.5nm外使用UV光谱法测定S/AN的组成,获得吸光度(A)与组成(S)的线性方程为:A/C=2.474S-0.998 所得结果与Kjeldehl定氮法和IR光谱法比较,结果令人满意。
With the chloroform as solvent, the composition of S/AN by UV-spectrum method can be determined at the wave-lenghth of 269.5nm, and one linear equation between absorbance(A) and composition (S) has been obtained as below: A/C=2.474S-0.998The results are satisfied as compared with Kjeldehl and IR spectrometric methods.
