摘要
聚乙烯树脂是填充母料生产中经常使用的载体树脂。本研究工作就可用作填料载体的聚乙烯树脂种类、牌号对填充母料熔体流动速率及加工性能的影响做了比较。为节约树脂,扩大填充母料载体树脂的选用范围,本研究工作还对从合成革底基中回收聚苯乙烯树脂作为填料载体的可行性做了探讨。
PE resin is commonly used as carrier resin for the production of filling masterbatch. The investigation compared the types and grades of PE resin which could be used as carriers for filling materials and their effects on melt-flow rate and processability of filling masterbatch. In order to save resin and expand the selecting scope of carrier resins for filling masterbatch, the investigation explored the feasibility of recycled polystyrene resin from synthetic leather used as carrier for filling material.
