摘要
Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 高温超导体的超导电性对热处理条件很敏感。采用接近样品熔点的烧结温度可有效地抑制85K 相形成。经882℃烧结后再进行800℃退火的样品,其 Tc(onset)≌115K,Tc(zero)≌99K。
In this paper, the high Tc superconductor of Bi-Sr - Ca-Cu-O was investigated. It was found that the superconducting characteristics of this material is very sensitive to the thermal treatment.Sintering near the melting point of this material can effectively restrain the formation of the 85K superconducting phase. Sintered at 882℃ and then annealed at 800℃, the Tc (onset) and Tc(zero)of the sample reach about 115K and 99K respectively.
