摘要
从糙皮侧耳真菌中提取出糖肽(P.OstreatusGlycopeptides,POGP),进一步分离成为高、低分子量组分。实验表明,POGP有促进LAK细胞和NK细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用;药理试验显示有抑制小鼠S180瘤细胞增殖和向周围组织侵袭的作用;病理检测见POGP可致瘤组织坏死,淋巴细胞浸润,并形成较厚的纤维包膜。提示POGP具有使肿瘤组织纤维化的作用。此外,低分子组分较高分子组分有更好的口服吸收性。
One of glycopeptides, named POGP, was extracted from P. Ostreatus fungi, advance fractionated by superfilter to high and low molecular weight components (POGP-H, POGP-L). The antitumor activity afteroral administration on POGP-L group was higher than in POGP-H group.In vitro,POGP could enhance the activity of LAK cellsand NK cells to tumor cells.In vivo, it could inhibit the infiltration of tumor cells into surrounding normal tissues, as well as the proliferation of S180 cells. In pathological study, POGP could lead to death of tumor tissue, infiltration by lymph cells and formation of fibrointegument with certain thickness. The results suggested that POGP may be used to stimulate the increase of fiber in tumor tissue.
