摘要
以２－氯－５－氟－３Ｈ－４－嘧啶酮和相应的醇钠，在常压回流条件下反应，合成了２－烷氧基－５－氟－３Ｈ－４－嘧啶酮类化合物．该法具有操作方便，反应周期短，产品收率较高等优点．其中２－异丙氧基、２－异丁氧基、２－异戊氧基和２－（２’一乙基丁氧基）－５－氟－３Ｈ－４－嘧啶酮均为未见文献报道的新化合物，其结构经ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析所证实．
