豆粕酶水解物的制备研究

摘要 本研究利用四种工业微生物蛋白酶制剂对大豆制油副产物豆粕分别水解,得到了四种水解产物。豆粕的酶水解经“旋转组合设计”处理分别得出了四种酶水解豆粕的优化条件,水解度较已知前人的工作有所提高。 In this experiment.four technical enzymes from microbe were used vespectively to hydrolyse a byproduct soybeen meal from edible oil manufactory and four enzyme-modified byproduct soybeen meal were obtainned.The enzymic hydrolysis of soybeen meal has been treated with a specific pakage of degingned rotational program and the hydrolysis process acqired in this work is higher than in those formerly accomplished by other authers.
