摘要
从临床实践方面研究了体外循环手术对血小板数量、功能以及相关因素的影响。证实了羟乙基芦丁具有保护血小板数量和功能的作用,可减少体循环手术后的引流量和输血量,预防心内直视手术后的异常出血扣血栓形成,是一种有效的血小板保护性药物。
The effect of hydroxyethylrutosides on platelet count and platelet function, etc. were investigated both clinically and experimentally. It is confirmed that hydroxyethylrutosides can protect platelets following cardiopulmonary bypass in open-heart operations.Thus, it is effective in the prevention of abnormal bleeding,and thrombosis.
