摘要
本文将微波辐射方法引入自身抗体的抗原定位免疫荧光染色。这种方法与间接免疫荧光法相比，具有操作简便、快速、背景低等特点。用微波快速染色法所得结果细胞结构清晰。这种方法不仅适用于细胞生物学的基础研究，也同样适用于临床检测。
The microwave irradiation was applied to immunofluorescence staining fot antigenic loca lization of au-toantibodies.The method was compared with routin indirect immunofluorescence,it had the simple,rapid advantages andlow background staining.The cellular structure was very clear by microwave rapid staining.The method was not onlyused to foundational research of cell biology.but also to clinical assay.
