摘要
应用二次正交旋转回归组合设计方法,对密度、纯氮、单株果枝数、化控量(DPC)、化控时期5项农艺措施进行综合研究。试验结果经计算机处理,建立了中等以上肥力、灌溉条件良好的三一式麦套直播棉花皮棉和霜前皮棉亩产量回归模型。经方差分析,F1不显著,F2达极显著水平,复相关系数达极显著水平。对模型选优,筛选出亩产皮棉≥85kg、亩产霜前皮棉≥70kg(霜前花率≥82%)5项优化农艺措施综合取值是密度4886~5096株/亩、纯氮7.5~7.7kg/亩、单株果枝数13~14台、化控量(DPC)4.9~5.3g/亩、化控时期7月13~15日始到8月23~25日止,间隔20天化控一次。从皮棉总产和霜前皮棉产量模型一次项系数看,五因素对皮棉总产和霜前皮棉产量影响大小顺序分别为密度(X1)>纯氮(X2)>化控量(X4)>化控时期(X5)>果枝数(X3)和密度(X1)>化控时期(X5)>果枝数(X3)>化控量(X4)>纯氮(x4)。同时研究了因素间交互作用效应。在1991~1992年试验的基础上,于1993年进行了多点信息反馈试验和大面积生产示范,最高组合亩产皮棉98.74kg,比对照增产29.0%。大面积生产示范增产幅度7.4?
A rotational central composite design with orthogonaliy was applied to study the a-gronomic measures such as plant density,N, the number of fruiting branches,the rate of DPCand the time of spraying。The results of experiments were computed appropriate models of lintyield and lint yield per mu of the cotton before frost directly interplanted in wheat with onerow to three rows pattern on the soil of superior fertility, good irrigation conditions were setup.By variance analysis,the models showed that F1 was not significant in difference,F2 wason extremly significant level,multiple relation cofficient(R) was extremely significant.Theoptimized types of lint yield with more than 85kg/mu and lint yield before frost more than70ks/mu (lint before frost more than 82%)were chosen by the models.Five optimum agro-nomic measures were selected as plant density of 4886~5096 plants/mu, N of 7.5~7.7kg/mu,number of l3~14 fruiting branches per plant, the rate of DPC 4.9~5.3g/mu,the timeof DPC spraying once at a interval of twenty days from July 13~15 to August 23~25.Con-sidering linear cofficient of all lint yield and lint yield before frost models,the significance se-quence of five factors affect to all lint yield and lint yield before frost density(X1)>N(X2)>DPC dose (X4)>time of DPC spraying(X5)>number of fruiting branches(X3) and density(X1 ) time of DPC spraying(Xs)>number of fruiting branches(X3)>DPC dose(X4)>N(X2).The interaction effects of the factors were also analysed. Based on the experiments in1991~1992,the multiple experiments of message feedback and extensive productive demon-stration were conducted. The highest lint yield was 98.7kg/mu which is a 29.0%increasecompared with the check. The extensive productive demonstration of lint yield increased overthe conventional field by 7.4%~18.6%。 The message feedback experiment and extensive po-ductive demonstration showed that optimurn allocation of mode could be used as an instructionfor cotton production。
