摘要
本文从体内外探讨了放线菌素Ｄ（ＡｃｔＤ）对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用。发现ＡｃｔＤ可在体内外诱生小鼠巨噬细胞出现类似Ａｐｏｐｔｏｓｉｓ的特征性形态学变化。淀粉在体内与ＡｃｔＤ可协同增强这一过程，而对体外细胞似无这种作用。
The effect of actinomycin D(Act D)on mouse peritoneal macrophages in vitro and in vivo was investi-gated. It was found that a cytopathic signature,analogous morphologically to that of apoptosis,was induced by this drug,And a combination injection of Act D and starch. intraperitoneally, could make this effect even greater.Whereas thiscombination showed no significant cooperative effect on cultured macrophages.
