摘要
在扫描电镜下观察集安罗索线虫体表无环形纹理,头乳突和尾乳突表面光滑,交合刺的端部两支合并表面有纵行微脊,寄生后期幼虫可见基粗尾细的角质附属物。
Using SEM,no fine annulation of the cuticle of R.jianensis adult is found. The surface of the cephalic and the caudal papillae, is smooth. The spicules are two in number, but fused at the terminal part, on which the longitudinal and fine cristulae can be seen. It can be clearly seen that caudal appendage of the poitparasitic juvenile is thicker at the basal part and thinner at the terminal part.
