摘要
将^(60)Co辐照先期处理后的兔胫神经移植于大白鼠的坐骨神经.术后4,8,12,16周分别取术侧的腓肠肌,用乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)组织化学方法显示神经终末及运动终板.术后4周出现较弱的AchE阳性反应;术后8.12,16周的AchE阳性反应是棕红色或棕灰色沉淀,分布较规则,结合镀银的切片上还见神经纤维与AchE阳性部位相连,呈典型的“爪状分枝”.结果提示:异种神经经^(60)Co辐照先期处理后再移植,可减弱或消除其抗原性,有利于神经再生及再支配去神经支配的骨骼肌.
Rabbit tibial nerve segments pretreated by 60Co irradiation were transplantated into the severed ends of the sciatic nerve in rats. The speciments of the gastrocnemius muscle were obtained from the operated limb of the rat at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks after grafting respectively, and stained with the method of AchE histochemistry for revealing nerve endings or motor end-plates. At 4 weeks after grafting there was no strong AchE-positive reaction in the section of the skeletal muscle. Brown-red or brown-grey AchE-positive precipitates were seen at 8, 12 and 16 weeks. AchE-combined with silver stain section showed claw-like regenerating nerve fibers connecting with the AchE -positive areas. These findings suggest that heterogenic nerve graft with pretreatment of 60Co irradiation could weaken or dischange the antigenicity of heterogenic nerve, facilitate nerve regeneration and result in the reinnervation of the denervated skeletal muscle.
