摘要
用石蜡包埋和ＨＥ染色法，在光镜下观察了１２只杂种成年狗升主动脉的连续切片。在升主动脉和主动脉弓移行处及主动脉瓣附着处都观察到典型的软骨组织。这些部位出现软骨组织对主动脉的弹性和左心室出口可能产生明显的血流动力学影响。
The specimens of ascending aorta from 12 adult healthy dogs were observed on hematoxylin and eosin stained paraffin sections under light microscope.In 7 cases typical cartilage tissue was found in the region between ascending aorta and aortic arch.In one case a very small cartilage plaque contained 2 chondrocytes was observed in the attachment portion of aortic valves.This study suggests that the presence of cartilage in the aorta may affect the aortic elasticity and the dynamics of blood outflow from left ventricle.
