摘要
用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对从寻常疣、蹠疣组织中提取的人类乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)的结构蛋白进行了分析,初步测定了每条蛋白多肽的分子量。HPV的电泳分析结果表明来自寻常疣、蹠疣的HPV具有不同的结构蛋白图型,其主要和次要衣壳蛋白多肽的分子量具有明显的差异。
Structural polypeptides of human papillomavirus (HPV) isolated from common and plantar warts were analyzed by using gel electrophoresis and their molecular weights were measured. The electrophoretic analysis results of HPV indicate that there are different polypeptides patterns and molecular weights between verrucae vulgaris and plantaris.
