摘要
本文用间接免疫酶标法,以CD_(16)、CD_(57)单克隆抗体检测了小清河污灌区儿童外周血NK细胞的数量。结果发现CD_(16)阳性率为5.12%,CD_(57)阳性率为5.96%,与对照区儿童比较,CD_(16)X ̄2=25.95,P<0.005,CD_(57)X ̄2=83.80,P<0.005。说明小清河污灌区儿童外周血细胞中NK细胞数量显著低于对照区儿童,其功能也受到抑制。
The NK cell in peripheral blood of children,living in the area that lies to the both sides of the Xiaoqing river in Jinan were exmined. The results indicated that the positive rates of CD_16and CD_57 were 5.42%and 5. 96% respective1y,lower than those in the control group(CD_16 X ̄2=25. 95,P<0. 005;CD_57x ̄2=83. 80,r<0.005).Therefore,it may be thought, NK cell both amount and function in peripheral blood of children,living in the contamination area has decreased.
