摘要
本文讨论了厌氧流化床反应器(AFBR)从70年代中期以来的发展,介绍了 AFBR 的部分工业应用实例。着重讨论了 AFBR 的若干理论及技术问题,其中包括单相和两相 AFBR 反应器;反应器的启动;微生物固定化载体的选择;冲击负荷对工艺稳定性的影响;反应器中微生物固定化方式等问题。对 AFBR 今后的研究重点提出了作者的一些看法。
In this paper attention is paid to the development of the anaerobic fluidized bed reactor since the mid-70s.Full-scale anaerobic fluidized bed systems are briefly introduced.Some problems of anaerobic fluidized bed reactor are discussed,which included single-phase and two-phase process of the fluidized bed,start-up of the fluidized bed reactor,support medi- um choice of the immobilization microbes,stability of the system,microbes immobilization method of support medium.Research for anaerobic fluidized bed reactor further improvement has been pointed out.
