摘要
研究了a-羟基羧酸、氨基多羧酸及表面活性剂对镝-吡啶-2,6-二羧酸.(DPA)配合物荧光性能的影响。解析了由内过滤效应和配位效应所引起的荧光熄灭的机理。还提出,改变激发波长,降低配合能力可消除荧光熄灭效应。
The paper studies the effect of a -hydroxycarboxylic acids, aminopolycarboxylic acids and Burfactants on Dy-pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid fluorescence system, the fluorescence quenching mechanism is proposed. Two kinds of quenching effect include interfiltering effect and complexing effect.
