摘要 本文探讨了苹果酸、酒石酸、苯基乳酸和乳酸等α-羟基羧酸类络合体系荧光分光光度法测定铽、镝的可能性。实验表明:上述配体均能使铽的荧光增敏,苯基乳酸还能使镝的荧光增敏。铽、镝的检测限分别为0.02和0.77ppm。以苯基乳酸为荧光试剂,用标准加入法成功地测定了几种稀土氧化物中的0.0x%级Tb_4O_7含量。 In this paper, the possibility of fluorometric determination of terbium and dysprosium with α-hydroxycarboxylic acids, such as malic acid (MA), tartaric acid (TA), phenyllactic acid (PLA), and lactic acid (LA), was studied. The experiments show that the ligands can all enhancce the flourescence of terbium and the phenyllactie acid can also enhance the fluorescence of dysprosium. The detection limit of terbium and dysprosium with phenyllactic acid is 0.02 and 0.77 ppm respectively. Utilizing the phenyllactic acid as fluorescent reagent. with standard addition method, the content of Tb_4O_7 in several rare earth oxides was successfully determined at 0.0x% level.
