摘要
针对用有机粘结剂成型的黄磷炉料,研究了温度对炉料比电阻的影响,试验结果表明,随温度升高,炉料比电阻下降.与传统块状炉料相比,这种成型炉料的高温比电阻较高,有利于冶炼过程中节约电耗,另外,还探讨了比电阻随温度变化的机理.
This paper investigates the effect of temperature on resistivity of the furnace burden briquetted using organic binder. The experimental results show that the resistivity decreases with temperature. As compared with the traditional lump burden, the high-temperature resistivity of briquetted burden is higher, which is advantageous to electricity saving during the smelting. The mechanisms of variation of resistivity with temperature are also explored.
