摘要
以４个陆地棉作母本与４个海岛棉杂交，配制１６个Ｆ１代进行种间杂种优势和配合力分析。结果表明，与推广陆地棉品种比较，种间Ｆ１代子棉产量、铃重、衣分和衣指的竞争杂种优势为较高的负值，而纤维长度和强度表现较高的正向优势。鄂荆１号和Ｂ２（海岛棉）产量配合力高，两者杂交Ｆ１代产量高于其他组合。
Data were collected from 4 Gossypium hirsutum×4 G.barbadense hybrids along with E-Jian 1 as the standard.As compared with the check,the interspecific hybrids showed highly negative heterosis in seedcotton yield,boll size,percent lint and lint index.However,they had larger seed,and longer and stronger fiber.E-Jian 1 of G.hirsutum and B2 of G.brabadense had good general combining abilities in agronomic traits,and their F1 hybrid had highest seed-cotton yield among 16 F1 hybrids tested.The broad and narrow-sense heritabilities for seed-cotton yield,yield components and fiber properties were also estimated.
