摘要
以 4个陆地棉隐性核不育系和 2个海岛棉品种为试材 ,按 NC 设计 ,对陆地棉隐性核不育系在陆海杂种优势中的利用进行了研究。结果表明 ,多数组合皮棉产量具有中亲优势 ,最大达到 1 7.1 %。单株铃数、子指具有明显的中亲优势 ,而衣分、铃重的中亲优势为较大的负值。与陆地棉对照相比 ,全部组合均明显减产。配合力分析表明 ,铃重、衣分、子指、衣指、纤维伸长率和马克隆值主要受基因加性效应控制 ,而皮棉产量、单株铃数、单株果枝数、2 .5%跨距长度和比强度同时受基因加性和非加性效应作用 ,双 56和抗
Heterosis and combining ability of interspecific crosses between 4 recessive nuclear male sterile lines of Gossypium hirsutum and two cultivars of G. barbadense were studied. Most of the crosses had mid parent heterosis for lint yield , the largest one reached 17.1%. Bolles/plant and seed index had marked mid parent heterosis, while lint percent and boll weight′s was markedly negative value. Compared with a commercial upland cotton ,the marked reduction (28.8%) in fiber yield was received in all crosses. Analysis of combining ability showed that lint yield , bolls/plant , branches/plant , 2.5% length and strength were controlled by both additive and non additive gene effects , while boll weight , lint percent , seed index , lint index , fiber elongation and micronaire were controlled by additive gene effects. The double recessive male sterile (ms5ms6) line and Kang A1 were both good parents for the most traits.
