摘要
在分析交流永磁同步电机电流解耦控制方式的前提下,对交流伺服驱动系统的速度高精度特性进行了研究,着重研究了转速波动的成因以及抑制其影响的方法,提出了通过整定控制器参数抑制转速波动的方法,实验结果证明该方法具有转速不均匀度低的特点,从而改善了伺服驱动系统的性能.
Bassed on an analysis of the current decoupling control for ACPMSM,the precise speedcharacteristic of a servo drive system is discussed in detail Emphasis is placed on studyingthe cause of speed fluctuation and the way of restraining its influence.A strategy for settingthe speed controller gains is proposed. Experimental results show that it is feasible and withlow speed non-uniformity and apparent improvement on the drive system performance.
