摘要
经１９８２年大冻后，从黔阳无核大红甜橙系回蔸树中选出２个优良芽变株Ｐ１和Ｐ２，其子代遗传性状稳定，表现无核或近于无核，克服了普通大红甜橙多籽的缺点，而且品质好。从植株性状、产量因素、果实品质、花粉母细胞减数分裂观察结果表明，其品质明显优于普通大红甜橙，无核性稳定，花粉发芽率低，花粉母细胞减数分裂不正常，而花粉败育是无核的主要原因。
ianyang seedless Dahong orange was selected from the sprouts of Dahong or-ange trees P1 and P2 after the heavy freese in 1982.Their clones are geneticallty stable andseedless or almost seedless, while common Dahong orange is polyspernous. Their fruit quali-ties are better than that of common Dahong orange。The morphological character, yield fac-tors,fruit qualities and reduction division of pollen mather cells have been studied in details。Their seedlessness is stable and the chief causes of seedlessness is pollen abortion due to ab-normal reduction division of pollen mother cells。
