摘要
本文对利用花粉管通道法将外源DNA导入高粱的后代进行了过氧化物酶及酯酶同工酶酶谱分析。由分析结果看出,所有导入后代均出现了不同于受体的谱带,并且不同程度地出现了杂种酶带、酶带缺失、酶活性增强及酶活性减弱等现象,表明外源DNA片段已整合到受体基因组中,并得到表达。
This paper reports the analysis of peroxidase and estcrase isozyme bands of the progenies derived by introducing exogenous DNA into sorghum through formed passage of the pollen tube.The results indicate that all the isozyme bands of the transfered progenies are different from their hosts,andalso show hybrid isozyme bands,losing isozyme bands and the increase and decrease of the enzyme activity in varying degrees.This indicats that exogenous DNA segments have inserted into genomes of thehost plants and have expressed.
