摘要
利用X射线光电子能谱研究了TiO2超微粒子和其薄膜的原子组成及结合状态.研究表明TiO2超微粒子及其薄膜都不同程度含有结晶水和TiOH基团.在TiO2超微粒子表面吸附有乙醇、丙酮等有机化合物.低温烧结对TiO2超微粒子内部结构影响不明显,而对其表面状态有显著影响.
Ultrafine TiO2 partieles and thin film sintered with Ultrafine TiO2 particles have been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Bound water and TiOH gowps are observed in the TiO2 particles and the thin film.Organie Substances such as ethenal,propanone are determined on the surface of the the TiO2Particles.it's demonstrated that low sintering remarkably influences the surface state of the TiO2Particle,but has little influence on the internalpart.
