聚苯乙烯基2,2′─联吡啶担载的羰基钌和羰基铑络合物催化剂的合成及其对烯烃氢甲酰化反应的催化作用 被引量:1

The Synthesis of Poly(styryl) Bipyridine Supported Ruthenium and Rhodium Carbonyl Complexes and Their Catalysis for Hydroformylation

摘要 聚苯乙烯基2,2′─联吡啶与Ru3(CO)12和Rh12(CO)4Cl2反应,制备了担载金属羰基络合物(A)和(B).利用红外光谱进行了结构鉴定.对1─庚烯的氢甲化反应的实验结果表明,A的活性低,选择性差;B的活性高,选择性好.当催化剂B0.26克,1─庚烯1.0ml,甲苯5.0ml,压力4.0MPa(CO:H2=1:1),温度110℃,反应时间20h,1─庚烯转化率达90%以上,选择性超过95%.进行560h时寿命实验,B仍有很高的催化活性. Supported metal carbonyl complexes (A) and (B) are synthesized by the reaction of poly(styryl) bipyridine with Ru3(CO)12 and Rh2(CO)4Cl2 respectively. Their structures are characterized by IR spectra. Their catalysis on hydroformylation reaction of 1-heptene is tested under the pressure of 4.0Mpa (CO: H2=1: 1). The results indicate that the activity of A is low, the selectivity is bad, B is a catalyst with high activity and good selectivity. For example, the conversion of 1-heptene exceeds 90% and with a selectivity up to 95% at 110℃.The lifetime of B lasts for 560 hours.
