摘要
应用格林函数来设计汽轮压缩机组振动时域分析模型代替判断稳定时求特征根的麻烦,经过多次以不平衡振动试验和油膜振荡试验对这一分析模型的可行性加以证实.在连续工况监视中评定稳定性的差异,可以以格林函数衰减快慢监视机组的振动趋势,以及以格林函数的收敛与发散监视油膜振荡,气体激振等故障.
Green's function is used to design a time-domain analysis model on turbo-compressor vibration instead of cumbersome work to find eigenvalues in stability judgement. The feasibility of this model is positively confirmed through a number of unbalanced vibration tests and oil whip tests. In the continuous monitoring to judge the difference of stability, the vibration tendency can be supervised bythe attenuation rate of Green's funtion; and oil whip, gas-excited vibration and other fault can be supervised by the convergence and devergence of Green's function.
