摘要
本文介绍了线性与或门的结构与工作原理,综述了配合线性与或门组成多元逻辑电路(DYL)的开关反相单元设计。根据线性与或门具有较强逻辑功能,高速工作特性,可多级级联工作及可处理数字信号与模拟信号等特点,本文讨论了它在高速数字电路、多值电路与连续值电路中的应用,并指出了它的巨大应用前景及在其实用化进程中的关键性研究工作。
The paper introduces the structure and working principle of Linear AND-OR Gate (Synthesizes the switch units which coordinate with Linear AND-OR Gates to be multicell-type logic (DYL) circuits. Based upon the features that the linear AND-OR Gate has strong logic functions,high working speed, can be multi-cascaded and may process both digital and analog signals,its applications to high speed digital circuits, multiple valued circuits and continuous valued circuits are discussed. Moreover, the great prospects of its applications and the key research work to those applications are indicated in the paper.
