微机控制的大容量晶体管逆变式电阻焊电源的研制

摘要 介绍了以TP80工微计算机为核心的大容量晶体管电阻焊逆变电源,主回路采用晶体三极管的对称式逆变电路,控制简单、控制精度高、性能好、硬件和软件相结合实施的各种保护效果良好。 The paper introduces the development for a new resistance welding power source converted by large capacity transistors with central controlled by TP801 microcom buter. The symmetrical converting loop with transistor tiodes is used for main circuit that makes a variety of advantages such as symplified controlling in association with high accuracy, good enough working performance and well protected function by hardware combined with software etc. The equipment will be used for a wide range situations.
