摘要
本研究观察了山苦奈的醇提取物对黑腹果蝇Ｄｒｏｓｏｐｈｉｌａｍｅｌａｎｏｇａｓｔｅｒ（ＣａｎｔｏｎＳ）品系寿命的影响，实验系统设置了培养基含山苦茶１：１乙醇提取物为０．５、１．０、２．０、３．０、４．０、５．０％的六个实验组和纯培养基为对照的对照组，实验结果显示各剂量与对照组之间平均寿命无显著性差别．
The effects of Mallotus furetianus on age of Drosophila melanogaster(Canton S)have been observed. Six experimental groups which contained 0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0percent of ethyl alcohol extractives of Mallotus furetianus in media and a controlled group onlycontained the components of pure culture medium are involved. No significant differences betweenevery experimental group and controlled group have been found.
