摘要
本实验测定锌缺乏时小鼠周围血淋巴细胞(PBL)对有丝分裂ConA刺激反应的改变。当用不同锌含量的合成饲料饲养A/J小鼠28天后,缺锌组小鼠体重和总食物消耗明显减少,体重仅为对照组的68%。当用5μgConA/ml刺激PBL时,中度和重度缺锌组细胞3 ̄H-TdR掺入显著减少,分别为对照组的52%和31%,而限制组与对照组相比无明显改变。结果说明:缺锌时周围血淋巴细胞免疫功能受到严重损害,而不是由于食物摄入不足所致。
The response of peripheral blood lymphoctes (PBL) from zInc deficient mice to Con Awere measured. During a 28 days feeding period with synthetic diet containing different levels ofzinc, the body weight of zinc deficient mice were gradually lost and only 68%in comparison withthe control group. The incorporation of 3 ̄H-TdR in moderate and severe zinc deficient groups,when PBL were stimulated by Con A, were reduced and only 52%and 31% in comparison withthe contral respectively, but no alteration was observed in restricted group. The data suggestthat the immunological function of PBL are impaired that is not a result of reduced food intakewhen zinc is depleted from body.
